    Let’s see if our studio is a match for what you need with a free 20-minute Discovery Call. We will then send you a custom quote for your project.

  • 2. YOU'RE BOOKED

    Once you accept the quote, we will send you a timeline for your project along with a contract that protects your IP and our work together. After you submit your 50% payment deposit, we’ll get started.

  • 3. FOUNDATION MEETING

    This call is for us to better understand the fundamentals of your business or project (your mission, successes, traction, and any relevant business details) to help us build a strategically sound pitch.

  • 4. WE GET TO WORK

    Here, we transform data into a story, with our custom approach of built-in brand strategy, simple storytelling, and digestible design. Combined, these elements give your pitch an edge.

  • 5. FEEDBACK MEETING

    We dedicate up to 1-hour to share your new pitch deck with you over a live call. This is an opportunity to give your feedback and you also have 48 hours after the call to gather more thoughts.

  • 6. YOUR DECK, DELIVERED

    We integrate your feedback to deliver a pitch deck tailored just for you. Once you submit the final payment (50%), you’ll receive the Keynote source file, giving you ownership of the deck!

  • The typical project takes about 10-15 business days, however, we create an estimate based on your specific needs.

    Short timelines may be accommodated at an additional cost.

    We create a specific quote for you based on the amount of slides needed to tell the story and how much new content we’ll be creating.

    After our kickoff call, we ask clients to send files that will be key to include in the pitch deck.

  • At the end of your project, we will send you a folder with the fully editable Keynote file.
